2. Computer Science will be allotted only to the students who have studied I.T. at Secondary School Stage (Class - X).

4. (a) Applications will not be entertained after 15 days from the date of joining the class to change optional subjects.
    (b) Applications will not be taken after 15 days from the date of joining the class for change of Stream.
5. The criteria for the admission will be decided after the Board result declaration & strictly followed.This form is treated as provisional choice of stream by the students. Itmay not treated as final stream selection. Through this form student may provide a choice of the stream. School will finally decide and allot the stream after the Board result decalaration.
6. Please do not enter any irrelevant information it will be treated as cancelled or invalid.
7. Students kindly choose mathematics as per your class X choice of Maths as Basic or standard.
